Your visit, your choice

Website privacy.

Optional website analytics help Chef Shell’s understand which pages and links visitors find useful. We use BW Visitor Intelligence, operated by bluewaterCODE.

When you allow analytics, the system records approved page visits, ordering, rewards, catering, phone and directions clicks, referral information, a random browser identifier, and a session identifier. It can record the network IP address observed by the server to report possible repeat visits on this website. A shared network does not identify a person.

Analytics stays off until you choose Allow. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also disable collection. You can withdraw consent at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears the browser’s analytics identifiers.

We do not collect typed form contents, payment details, passwords, or session recordings through this website tracker. Customer profiles, sign-in credentials, orders, loyalty balances and submitted receipt images are stored by Chef Shell’s ordering and rewards installation, powered by ClickPlate on this website. Receipt images are available to the restaurant team for purchase verification. Optional ordering activity is controlled separately by Privacy choices in your account area. Online ordering and rewards are not yet open to customers. Public teaser pages do not accept payments or enroll members.
